Our fees are based on the area of expertise involved and the amount of time and work required. In compliance with legislation governing the conduct of Solicitors and also to facilitate our clients in managing their financial arrangements, we provide our clients with a breakdown of our professional fees together with any anticipated outlays in a concise written document at the outset of any transaction or service. If the provision of this precise document is not possible or practical in the circumstances, we will provide an explanatory brochure which explains the basis on which the fees will be charged. Our modern IT case management system also means that we can provide our services on a time-charge basis if preferred, providing you with a full breakdown of the time spent and work undertaken at regular intervals throughout the case if required and at the conclusion of our service.
