| Simon Murphy concentrates his areas in the practice of Commerical Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation and is an experienced Arbitrator and Mediator. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland Arbitration and Mediation panels and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He holds a Law Degree from University College Cork. For over ten years he has served as an elected member of the Council of the Law Society of Ireland and is currently Chairman of the Law Society Complaints and Client Relations Committee and a former Chairman of the Regulation and Practice Committee. His regulatory experience is extensive, he currently chairs the Veterinary Council of Ireland Fitness to Practice Committee. He is a past President of the Southern Law Association and a previous Hon Secretary of the Cork Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Simon is a keen golfer. |
